​Our experienced Architect and Certified Passivhaus Designers will work with you to design a development that meets your requirements.  At an early stage a strategic Passivhaus analysis will check that the proposal is sufficiently efficient to meet the Passivhaus or EnerPHit standard during the later detailed design stage.​​

As the quality of Passivhaus construction is much higher than normal British practice, the early involvement of the contractor is recommended.

During the planning process we will work with the planners to explain the benefits of Passivhaus, and where possible seek that the Passivhaus standard is not additional to other eco-certification such as BREEAM.

Once planning consent is received, detailed construction design will commence, simultaneously with detailed Passivhaus analysis to prove compliance with the Passivhaus standard.  This may include detailed thermal bridge analysis which we can carry out in-house.

Other energy information, including Energy Performance Certificates and SAP/SBEM calculations will also be required to comply with British Building Regulations.  We can also provide this information.
